Kate Beckinsale Keeps it Coordinated in Black and Blue

One celebrity we love to stalk for her effortlessly chic fashion sense is British star, Kate Beckinsale. We can’t help it, we’re Beckinsale fans here. Even on days when she’s just running errands, she always seems to nail it in the looks department.

Case in point, while the actress was seen leaving an establishment in London the other day. Kate wore a well coordinated outfit that consisted of black leather skinnies, a white tee, black pumps, and a blue trench. She then finished the look with a matching black scarf and a touch of pattern – a zebra striped bag straight from Burberry’s Fall 2013 collection.

The whole outfit looked so well put-together that we just couldn’t help but say WOW:

Doesn’t she look fabulous?

It’s a very simple mix but she used a pop of color and a dose of pattern to turn the attire from classic to chic. True, that black scarf isn’t what you’d call the “focal point” of the outfit, but it worked to complement and add polish. Now while we’re at it, why not take a cue from Kate here and wear something just as gorgeous?

You won’t have a hard time finding a scarf similar to Kate’s. Black is a very classic color. But because it’s still cold outside, just be sure to grab something that’s decent enough for the weather. The pashmina-cashmere-silk extra from Rocky Mountain Emporium below will do the trick (it’s on sale too!) in case you don’t have a black scarf in your closet:

Once you’ve found the neck warmer, put your efforts into looking for a colored trench coat and a zebra patterned purse. The brighter the coat, the better. If you’re too busy to do that, try these:
