Guess who was spotted sporting a scarf over the weekend. Yes, Gavin Rossdale. Apparently, Gwen Stefani’s rocker beau is also fond of accessorizing with a scarf, much like his fashion-mogul-slash-rocker-chick wife.

The two were spotted spending time with their kids at an outdoor fair in Lake Arrowhead last Sunday. While Gwen looked super chic in her oversized cheetah-print sweater and patterned Tory Burch sneakers, Gavin was all casual and cool in his jeans and t-shirt.

He finished the outfit with a beige jacket, sunnies, and a two-tone scarf tied around his neck. The combination was nothing special, but the touch of extra elevated his style a notch.

So what do you think of Gavin’s daddy-on-duty style?

His scarf is definitely more of a decoration than a neck warmer. It’s thin and knotted at one end. That said, we commend him for color coordinating with precision, as it perfectly matches the color of his jacket and sneakers.

What’s your significant other’s kind of casual style? Does he dress up and accessorize like Gavin here? Or does the idea of putting on a touch of something (extra) other than a pair of shoes fall far from his sartorial inclinations?

If that’s a yes, you can always step up and add the last layer yourself. Maybe a kiss here and a hug there will easily convince him to give it a try. No need for him to take a huge step with brightly printed scarves. He can easily start with these affordable and close-to-neutral neck warmers.
