While spring isn’t officially here yet, winter is certainly no longer around. Dressing while transitioning seasons can be a challenge, so in case you need some outfit ideas, read on because some of our top bloggers for March will help you get through the confusing weather in style.
For those looking for on-trend inspirations for spring, read on as well because a couple of the bloggers we’re featuring today (Katya G. and Julia Shutenko) have denim looks that are certainly worth snagging.
Here’s a roundup of ten looks to try. Which one will you channel today?
1. Natalie A. from Toronto
Looking to fashion some candy colors even though it’s still a little bit brisk outside?
Then try this layered outfit from blogger and journalist, Natalie. We fancy the way this girl styled her ensemble with the use of standout extras like a bright yellow fur scarf and black polka dot stockings. The look is retro and feminine, yet polished at the same time. Visit Natalie’s blog for more outfit ideas.
2. Neslisah Cetin from Lugano, Massagno
Nuts about neutral hues?
Try this look from Turkish fashion blogger, Neslisah. Hers is a fabulously coordinated layered outfit in cream and khaki sprinkled with shots of gorgeous bordeaux-hued extras that truly stand out — a Ferragamo handbag and a beautifully patterned H&M scarf.
Neslisah is a Fashion Columnist for Pusula, which is a magazine published weekly in Switzerland. Check out more looks from Neslisah by visiting her blog.
3. Rebecca from Seattle
Rebecca is a very mysterious lady. In fact, the only thing we know about her is that she loves to dress for less and she’s from Seattle.
Nonetheless, we can’t pass up a well put together outfit when we see one, and Rebecca’s blue-and-brown ensemble here is quite the head turner. We especially love the way she added a furry neck warmer to glam up the look. The extra looks great with her necklace and blue layered outfit. Visit Rebecca’s blog, Blogger Not Billionaire.
4. Renee Sturme from Amsterdam
Another great transition look to try would be this lace-infused outfit from Renee Sturme of Fashion Fillers. The full-time editor at NSMBL, one of the largest women’s magazines in the Netherlands, layered some interesting pieces to beat a weather that is still quite brisk, though not exactly winter cold. Do you like her outfit?
5. Claudia Nascimento from Lisbon
Be sure to take style notes from Claudia. This lady knows exactly what the word “style” means. She is, after all, a professional image consultant. She is also a double degree holder — finished Modern Languages and Literature and Personal Image Consulting, and on top of that, has a master’s degree in Portuguese and Spanish Language Education.
In a way, you could say Claudia is an overachiever — but a really fashionable one at that. Her blog, Style Statement, is full of copy-worthy looks such as the one below. Rarely do we see anyone sport a lace scarf with flair, and Claudia managed to do that with utter sophistication. Would you wear a lace scarf over your blazer?
6. Katya G. from Ohio
A girl who loves to sport scarves with her denim deserves a spot here on Scarves Wraps. Check out this double denim look from Katya G. of The Chemodan Blog. The Russian-born-Ohio-based fashionista collaborated with Baydian to create a collection of gorgeously printed scarves for spring. We love how she wore each piece with the full-on denim outfit. The combination looks on point, and might we say, perfectly appropriate for springtime. Will you take a cue?
7. Julia Shutenko from London, England
Julia is a fashionable Londoner who has only been blogging for less than a year. But thanks to her always effortlessly chic style, her website has already generated a huge following. The blog exists “to entertain and inspire”. We actually urge you to check it out because it is filled with fantastic ensembles worth of copying.
Check out Julia’s take on one of spring’s top trends — the denim overalls. Don’t you fancy the way she styled it with a colorful neckwarmer and purse? The mix looks spot on. We can’t wait to do our own interpretation.
Julia interned at Conde Nast and Hearst before joining ELLE UK as a Fashion Assistant, then as Acting Retail and Market Editor. All her pictures are professionally taken by photographer, Patrik Lundin.
8. Laura A. from London, England
Laura is a photographer whose work you may have already come across at one point. She has done projects for major brands, fashion magazines, as well as retailers like NastyGal. Her fashion sense is also just as impressive as her resume.
A great example of her standout style would be the look below. It’s a layered outfit perfect for transitioning seasons. But we love it for the way she played with textures using a crinkled scarf and a stunning crushed velvet coat. It’s a fresh and refreshing take on layering. See Laura’s other outfits over at Pony Hunter.
9. Sirma Markova from Sofia, Bulgaria
If you want to fashion several patterns all at once, try this outfit from Sirma, a Bulgarian beauty who documents her sartorial adventures, musings, and latest hauls on her namesake blog. We love the perfectly coordinated outfit she put together here. The double-print scarf made the all-black ensemble look interesting, but adding a bold animal-print purse definitely sealed the deal.
10. Smaranda Costin from Timisoara, Romania
Smaranda Costin of The– Street is a fashion blogger whose sense of style is uniquely her own. Each outfit she puts together, no matter how simple, always has an interesting twist to offer. Here, she models a cozy white throw in two entirely different ways. Which of the two looks do you prefer? Both are wearable now.
