Nothing represents spring and summer better than floral print, so it’s only but natural for us to rock it during both seasons. One great way to wear floral is by accessorizing with a floral-print scarf — those in bright or pastel shades that depict the cheery mood of the sunny weather. While there are countless ways you can wear a floral scarf, we thought we’d lay out a few methods for the fashionably clueless. These style tricks are easy and very simple to do. Anyone can pull them off so don’t be afraid to try them out:
1. Wear your floral scarf with a white shirtdress
White shirtdresses are classic and structured pieces that go on heavy rotation once the warm weather sets in. Give the dress a softer and more feminine spin by topping it with a delightfully floral scarf. You can wear the scarf around your neck or style it like a headband.

2. Wear your floral scarf with denim
Denim jackets, dresses, and lightweight chambray pieces are great for spring and summer. Give your choice of denim (or chambray) the girly treatment by topping it with a floral extra. It’s a great way to update the outfit for the season.
If you’re going to wear head-to-toe denim, simply top the outfit with a floral scarf or use the scarf as a head accessory. If you prefer to keep denim as an accent such as wearing a denim jacket, then make sure the rest of your separates are classic so your floral scarf will stand out:

3. Wear your floral scarf with stripes
Kick it up a notch by pairing a floral scarf with a striped outfit. While this is easy to do, it can be a little tricky if you don’t know how to pair colors. The best way to do this mix is to choose a two-tone striped outfit with colors that belong to the same palette (or color family) as your scarf. Here’s a combo we put together in case you’re too lazy or too busy to pick out what to wear:

4. Wear your floral scarf with another floral print
Not satisfied with style no.3?
Well then go bolder by pairing two florals in one go. Again, the trick to pulling this off is to pick piece (floral scarf + another floral item) with colors that belong to the same palette. Here, we went with a floral skirt from MINKPINK then paired it with an orange floral scarf from Leith. What do you think of the combination we put together? Would you wear it?
