Take a cue from Elle Evans, who rocked a scarf-print dress on the red carpet while attending the grand opening of Sugar Factory in Hollywood early this week.
Elle Evans, whose real name is Lindsey Gayle Evans, is a former beauty queen (Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2007) and a former Playboy Playmate. Her latest stint may be familiar to you. She was the half-naked blond girl in Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” video.

Elle’s dress is actually, well, a dress that comes with a unique scarf-like print. But you can easily steal her look using a real scarf. Note that you will need an oversized scarf (at least 78 inches long and 40 inches across) to achieve the look. There are many ways you can wear the oversized scarf — as a strapless, as a halter, or even as a one-shoulder. Check out the three videos below to learn how to wear a scarf as a dress:
Note that unless your scarf is opaque, you will need to wear a strapless slip in order to look decent. If you don’t have an oversized scarf yet, here’s a really big one from Theodora & Callum. It’s about 82 inches long and 70 inches across so it will work as a long dress.
